The EGO, the weak energy, will try to do anything that it can to keep you starving and to keep you empty. Either you choose to stay empty or you decide to feed your soul. It’s really that simple.

  • Month 1: Intention, Clearing, Nurturing, and Rebuilding Time

    The time is now to go all in. How are you choosing to rewrite your story and lead differently? What’s the energy force coming up within. It’s time to clear the womb.

  • Month 2: Initiation, Vision, and Guides.

    You will communicate with all of these parts of yourself. We will be guiding you into your own initiation of divine soul alignment, putting your vision into action, and getting to know your spirit team. There will be intense journaling and private circles held together to guide you through this. This will all help you build and create the inner and outer soul contract you are meant to live now.

  • Month 3: Spirit Animals and Elements

    This part will proceed with Past Life, Present Life, and Future Life work. You must tap into all the animals and elements of you. Once you understand your levels of power and release in reflection, you can continue to build and expand with soul while in flow.

  • Month 4: Release and Reflect

    Breaking open the treasure chest of what is real and what has been buried and stepping into alignment. Shatter the reality that has kept you away from wholeness. Building on this will run you into a wall, Listening to soul will align you with what is for your highest and best, and whatever else isn't will no longer be in alignment for you. We will uncover this together.

  • Month 5: Wrapping it Up and Showing Up

    The last month will be utilized for extra time, just in case we take time to rest during the process of downloading the energies.

I’m Jen, and I'm sharing all of this because I have been exactly where you are. 

I've been showing up for my life, my business, my purpose much differently. Why? Because my soul yearned for it. I too have been in high-level programs with different healers, mentors, and coaches, and understand the value of your story and the commitment to opting in.
